1. We form the technical, organizational and acquisition background for the work of law firms specializing in class actions

2.    We always work exclusively with one law firm on a particular case

3. We never connect clients from different cases with other cases 

4.    As of 2026, the non-profit association organized by us will be registered in the list of ELIGIBLE ENTITIES with the possibility of filing class actions in the Czech Republic and the EU

5.    Our financial remuneration is always and only paid by the cooperating law firm, we do not require any payments from end clients. 

6.    We do not require any payment from cooperating law firms in advance or during the duration of the cooperation. You pay us for the result. We accept the same payment model for services as you negotiate with your clients, including risks.
